2. Products & Safety Equipment


All FIA and SFI certified products sold by MIA'S Racing Co. are intended for use in motorsport applications by qualified individuals. It is the customer's sole responsibility to:

◦ Ensure the product is appropriate for their intended use and vehicle/series regulations

◦ Verify that certification standards (FIA, SFI) meet the requirements of their sanctioning body

◦ Have safety equipment professionally installed by a qualified technician

◦ Inspect equipment regularly and replace it according to manufacturer and certification guidelines

• MIA'S Racing Co. is not liable for injury, death, or property damage resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of safety equipment.


3. Pricing & Payment


All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.


4. Order Acceptance


Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm and accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
