Refund policy

At MIA'S Racing Co., we are committed to providing the highest quality FIA and SFI certified motorsport safety equipment. Due to the nature of safety-critical products, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of the equipment.


Safety Equipment — Final Sale Items


The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used:

◦ FIA and SFI certified harnesses and restraint systems

◦ Certified racewear (suits, gloves, boots, balaclavas)

◦ Custom or made-to-order racing seats

◦ Any product with a broken certification seal or tampered packaging

• This policy exists because the safety certification of these products cannot be verified once the original packaging has been opened or the item has been worn or installed. We take the safety of our customers seriously and cannot resell safety equipment that may have been compromised.


Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

◦ Item must be in original, unaltered condition with all tags, certification labels, and packaging intact

◦ Proof of purchase is required

◦ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

◦ A restocking fee of [10–15]% may apply

• To initiate a return, contact us at MIASRACINGCO@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.



If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Custom and made-to-order items (including custom seats) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
