• How long will my order take to arrive? 

All of our products are currently built-to-order. What this means is that once your order is received, we build your product in real time. This requires approximately 3-4 weeks for manufacturing prior to shipping.

 

• Once my order is built, how long will shipping take?

Once your product is shipped, you can expect standard delivery times of 4-7 business days. Tracking information is provided with each order.

 

• How can I request a custom order for my Race Team?

With all of our products being built-to-order, this allows us to customize things like designs and colorways to accommodate the specific needs of Race Teams. If you are interested in customizing an order for your Team, please reach out to us through our contact page.

 

• What is your Return Policy?

In the event a return is necessary, this is possible within 15 days of delivery. The shipping costs associated with the return as well as a 30% restocking fee are payable by the customer. Refund will appear on original credit card used, within 10 business days of product(s) being received by the warehouse in original condition.
